У нас все шифруются, фиг поймешь какая компания ищет сотрудника, у них все просто пишут открыто, у нас пишут 2-3 строчки обязанностей и требований, у них см. ниже. В общем господа чувствую с нашим менталитетом мы так и останемся в ....

Competitive Intelligence Manager

Job Description:

 

The Competitive Intelligence Manager will play a key role in providing the organization insights into the competitive dynamics of the business. The Competitive Intelligence Manager will work with teams of cross-functional department managers, external sources and other internal sources to identify key data points and trends that will impact Overture?s competitive positioning and competitive strategy. The role will also help to create and publish periodical competitive updates that will be reviewed by Yahoo!/Overture?s senior management.

 

 

Skills/Requirements:

 

Qualified candidates will be professionals who:

* Are innovative, proven performers with a history of delivering effective analysis through competitive research and strategic analyses.

* Have an ability to see the big picture while effectively analyzing details.

* Have working knowledge of competitive analysis and proven track record in using trend analysis/scenarios to drive decisions, having spent 3-5 years in a related role.

* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, leading internal and external multi-functional teams.

* Have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required, MS Access skills a plus.

* Strong quantitative skills required.

* Familiarity with online business models would be a plus.

* MBA or graduate degree in a field related to competitive analysis would be a plus.

* Working knowledge of Product Management processes and benchmarking would be a plus.

* Working knowledge of Marketing Services and Marketing Strategy would be a plus.

Это все или от непонимания что хотим или от того, что играем в шпионов. Отчасти в этом виноваты СМИ, формирующие соответствующее представление, отчасти образовательный и культурный уровень заказчиков, а отчасти мы сами - поскольку мало внимания уделяем формированию рынка и надеемся что это сделает кто то другой. Интересна и другая сторона медали - как соискатели позиционируют себя и что о себе пишут - все также как и у работодателей.
