Dr. John Prescott, returns to the SCIP Board for a second term. He is an international expert in the field of competitive intelligence and strategic management. His research focuses on competitor analysis, networks and designing competitive intelligence processes. He is a founder of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP.org), meritorious award winner, subject matter expert for the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC.org), Executive Editor of the Competitive Intelligence Review and international consultant. His research has been published in premier journals. His most recent book is "Proven Strategies in Competitive Intelligence". He has taught an award winning class in competitive intelligence for 18 years at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Prescott earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration at the Pennsylvania State University. His undergraduate and masters degrees were earned at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Но меня сильно смущает вопрос о 20% дохода на безопасность... Это куда больше, чем даже 25% от прибыли... Будучи экономистом, у меня это вызывает серьезное внутренее отторжение... И поять-таки - мне не совсем понятен вопрос экономической оценки безопасности. Косвенный - да, понимаю, прямой - совсем нет... Может быть, имелось в виду, что для специфических видов деятельности, ну, например, в коллекторстве?

Бюджет безопасности предприятия первоначально рассматривается минимизированно. Может просто мне попадались такие предприятия? Но где бы я ни работал, везде одна и та же картина: минимум финасирования, максимум желаний... и только когда случается что - нибудь на фирме: например ушла инфа на сторону или произошло проникновение на территорию объекта - тогда начинается поиск сначала виновных в происшедшем, затем латание "дыр". Изначально многие бизнесмены не берут в серьезный расчет научнообоснованное финансирование безопасности своего бизнеса. С самого начала они стараются на этом съэкономить. Доказано многими предприятиями на Российском рынке своим существованием и показателями: затраты на безопасность должны быть адекватными, но не менее 20% от дохода. Да и колличество работников КР рачситано вышеуказанными людьми. на 15 - 20 работников предприятия должен быть один работник Службы КР. А мне пришлось встречаться с таким подходом: минимум работников СБ - на максимум работы и КПД. Если ставится задача минимизировать затраты предприятия, то, как правило, начинают "урезать" бюджет именно СБ

Я не исключаю, что путаницу могли внести при переводе.
